Delete Your Account & Data

Word Gust — Caretta 7 Studios Inc.

You can delete your Word Gust account and all associated data at any time. This removes your leaderboard entry, your cloud save, and your sign-in identifier from our servers.

Fastest: delete inside the app

Open Word Gust.
Go to Settings (the gear icon).
Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This immediately deletes your leaderboard entry, your cloud save, and your account, and erases progress on that device.

No longer have the app? Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled Word Gust or cannot reach the in-app option, email us and we will delete your data for you. Please include your in-game display name (or Guest ID) so we can locate your entry.

What gets deleted

Your leaderboard entry (display name, emoji avatar, scores).
Your cloud save (XP, levels, badges, streaks, stats, high scores).
Your sign-in identifier / account record on our backend.

What we do not hold

On-device data (settings, local high scores) is stored only on your device and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Advertising and purchase data are processed by Google and Apple; because we do not receive that data, we hold no copy of it. Manage it through your Google or Apple account.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
